Renowned for their humorous approach & award winning commercials we are delighted to be working on the new series of Travelers print campaign images alongside photographer John Offenbach & advertising agency Fallon Minneapolis.

Using a mixture of CG & retouching we have been able to bring unexpected events to life, capturing the sprit of the Travelers brand. These new images see our CGI artist Simon Allan & retoucher Rainer Usselmann creating a giant donut and bringing an oversized Piggy bank to the streets of suburbia.

Working from Fallon’s layouts we were able to turn their vision into reality by combining the processes of photography & CGI. ‘We can make these impossible situations look really compelling with the use of CG’ says Simon Allan, our CGI artist working on the project. To get a piggy bank looking the same size as a building would be an impracticable feat for a model maker and was an issue that kept the Art director on this project awake at night wondering how to pull this one off!

It is also great that we can play around with all elements up until the final render to ensure the CGI works perfectly in situ with John’s photography to really capture the sprit of the Travelers brand in these images!
